Miguel T.
Miguel is the Lead Director of Data Center Operations and oversees the management and operations of the company's data center. He has extensive management experience as lead tech from previous design projects and holds strong skills in system troubleshooting. Miguel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a minor in Math with an emphasis in programming and design of computer systems.

Miguel joined the HostDime team in February 2004 and presently is responsible for capacity planning, overall performance monitoring, and quality maintenance of present as well as certification of new hosting systems. He currently leads a team that coordinates the installation of dedicated services including hosting, access, security, and managed services.

Mike K.
Michael joined HostDime in April of 2005 and is presently General Manager of Operations. Michael exercises his background in IT development & research, project management, and human relations daily. His primary objectives focus on customer satisfaction on all levels and team member management as a lead member. He is responsible for quality assurance of client support services ranging from technical to sales to abuse as well as provisioning f new team members.

Michael has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management Information Systems and a minor in Computer Science from University of Central Florida.

Nathalie J.
Nathalie is presently the Lead Accounting Manager and is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of client information systems. Nathalie, one of the oldest members of the HostDime team, came aboard in November of 2003. She is a recent graduate from the University of Central Florida where she obtained a degree in Information Technology. She has seen this company grow over the years and is glad to be of assistance to HostDime's expanding client base.

Jason M.
Jason is presently the 2nd shift manager and the lead developer of client support tools. He is responsible for integration of new systems to provide team members with an edge on providing efficient support to clients. Jason holds strong skills in the PHP, HTML, SQL and ASP development, website maintenance and database administration.

Jason joined HostDime in October of 2004 and presently has more than five years of active experience in the internet and IT field. Prior to HostDime, Jason acquired extensive technical support and software design experience with mpiNET, a local Central Florida internet service provider. Currently, he is the lead team member in designing migration modules for new information systems.

Paul F.
Paul is the Lead Network Administrator and Engineer. He is presently responsible for designing and provisioning expansion, maintaining, and continually optimizing network performance. Paul has extensive knowledge with Cisco Systems as well as a solid background in major NIX platforms including Unix, Linux, BSD, and all open source operating systems. His knowledge also extends heavily into hosting control panels such as Cpanel and Plesk. He counts with a total combined experience of more than eight years. Paul is also presently a Senior System Administrator with sharp troubleshooting skills and intuition that has provided a myriad of clients with countless solutions.

Paul hails from the small town of Dunoon, Scotland where he was first introduced to Unix at a very young age. Paul joined the HostDime team in June 2004 bringing several years of active experience. Since his start, his continual commitment to explore innovative technologies has been recognized and as lead engineer has enabled the team as a whole to provide only the best test-proven services possible. Presently, he is also the lead member of the VOIP systems team and is responsible for the upkeep and integration of multiple telecommunications systems.

Daniel S.
Daniel joined the HostDime team in December of 2004 with 7 years of experience in system administration, programming, and networking. He is a Network and Senior Systems Administrator and is responsible for handling day-to-day network operations, development of network design strategies, and network upkeep. His experience ranges in all platforms of open source operating systems including Solaris, Red Hat, Fedora, CentOS, Gentoo, VALinux, Debian, Slackware, FreeBSD, and OpenBSD as well as Windows NT/2000/2003.

Advanced in clustering solutions, Daniel is also the lead engineer of monitoring systems. Using advanced techniques, his work includes load balancing maintenance and design of new modules to make existing systems scalable and continually efficient.

Sergio S.
Sergio is a Network Operations Center Technician with an Associate of Science degree in Computer Information Technology. Sergio monitors server activity, performs initial troubleshooting as needed, and ensures shared and dedicated hosting server services are up and running at all times. He joined the HostDime team in December of 2003 as an account-screening agent and is also presently the lead Fraud Detection Manager overseeing screening and setup of new accounts.

Aric P.
Aric joined the HostDime team in 2003 and was our third employee. Aric manages HASweb, which is a division of HostDime. He is currently working on a technical guide for WHM (Web Host Manager) and his cPanel User Guide is already published by Packet, which you can find by clicking here.

Alex F.
Alex joined the HostDime team in June of 2005 and is presently a senior level one technician and account analyst. He assists clients with sales and support inquiries and situations. Alex is a graduate from the University of Central Florida and has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems. Alex has ambition in broadening his experience with system operations and has intentions of pursuing his masters in the same field he graduated in within the following year.

Josh D.
Josh joined the team in July of 2005 with multiple years of customer service experience. He presently works as an account analyst and level one technical support advisor. He assists clients in a multitude of tasks such as troubleshooting situations from DNS entries to email issues. Other skilled assistance he delivers includes installation of account software applications, account upgrades, and consulting of account resource usage.

Usman A.
Usman became a HostDime team member in November of 2005. He is presently a Senior level one technical support analyst and sales advisor and is currently attending the University of Central Florida working towards his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. His responsibilities include providing direct assistance to clients as well as hosting recommendations and has recently formed part of the quality assurance auditing team.

Jesse C.
Jesse has been a HostDime team member since November of 2005 working as a full-time level one technical support and sales analyst. Jesse has worked closely in the recent past with hosting systems and has significant experience with the cPanel control panel among other hosting applications. Currently he provides direct client support and assists clients with issues ranging from sales to troubleshooting. He is eager to develop and further his skills about the hosting industry as he has a passion for networking and the Internet and wishes to work his way through the professional world of hosting.

Greg P.
Greg became a HostDime team member in November of 2005. He is presently a level one technical support analyst and sales advisor. Greg works full time and graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology. As an account analyst and advisor, Greg is responsible for providing direct assistance to clients and making hosting recommendations based on their needs. Greg is now also a recent member of the quality assurance auditing team.

Thomas P.
Thomas joined HostDime in March of 2007. He is currently a junior at the University of Central Florida pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and plans on expanding his knowledge in web and software development. Thomas is presently a sales and level one technical support advisor. He works with clients in a variety of tasks ranging from troubleshooting to installation of hosting applications, account upgrades/downgrades, hosting recommendations and providing direct assistance to clients.

Alex has been with hostdime.com since June 2007 working part time. He is a junior at the University of Central Florida where he is studying Information Systems Technology. He also has an Associate of Science degree in Computer Engineering Technology with specialization in Microsoft . He is presently a sales and level one technical support advisor. He works with clients in a variety of tasks ranging from troubleshooting to installation of hosting applications, account upgrades/downgrades, hosting recommendations and providing direct assistance to clients.

Courtnie K.
Courtnie is one of HostDime's newer team members in the accounting team. She started in January 2006 and currently works with clients on a day to day basis assisting them in managing their account. Her past experience in accounting software includes H-sphere, WHMautopilot, and Modern Bill. Her current responsibilities include account auditing, revision, and applicable collections. She is currently happy to be an addition to the team and helps customers with any concerns regarding their account.

Ray F.
Ray has been with HostDime since October 2005. He is currently attending the University of Central Florida and majoring in Computer Science with a minor in Secure Computing and Networking. Ray is also working to attain his GAIC certification in the near future. Presently, he is a Security Analyst and his major responsibilities include server activity monitoring, identification of new exploits, and working closely in conjunction with other networks to remedy existing abuse situations. Ray works and communicates directly with clients assisting them with any security concern they may have and strives to ensure that your hosting experience with HostDime will be as secure as possible.

Rogelio B.
Rogelio joined the HostDime team in March of 2005. As a current NOC technician, he proactively monitors, troubleshoots, maintains, and performs software and hardware upgrades. As issues may spontaneously arise, Rogelio is among the first to respond to diagnose and resolve system errors and performance issues. His other tasks include provisioning of new server installations, configurations, and quality assurance testing. He ensures your system is top notch, tweaking for the best performance possible right from the start.

Juan Pablo A.
Juan Pablo joined HostDime in September of 2006 as a part time Entry Level Tech Assistant doing server reboots and small technical tasks that ranged from server monitoring to server upgrades/downgrades. On April of 2007 Juan Pablo became a full time NOC Technician. Some of his major responsibilities are monitoring servers, server reboots, server upgrade/downgrades and troubleshooting software/hardware situations. Juan Pablo is currently planning on resuming his college education to further expand his knowledge.

Yesenia B.
Yesenia joined the HostDime team in March 2004, as manager of one of the smaller hosting sub-companies that HostDime.com, Inc. owns. She handles the sales, customer service, billing and domains department. She has seven years of work experience in the Information Technology field that she contributes to the functions of the company.

In August of 2005, Yesenia was appointed to be the administrative manager of the Human Resources Department. She oversees and handles company policies, procedures and benefits. Her responsibilities include maintaining payroll and making sure the company operates under a good and friendly working environment. She combines her time within both areas of the company.

Yesenia has an Associates degree in Information Systems and minor in Business Administration from Wood-Tobé Coburn College, NYC. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and minor in Psychology from Pace University, NYC.

Mark G.
Mark has been a HostDime team member since April 2002. He is a Senior Account Analyst with five years of experience in the Internet and IT field. Mark is a graduate from Embry Riddle University with a BS in Aeronautical Science and a minor in Air Traffic Management. He has worked in various areas of the company ranging from sales to junior system administrator to web developer.

Presently he works on providing direct client support as an advisor and making recommendations on hosting solutions. He is also a lead developer of new client support systems helping to provide an edge on efficient and rapid assistance to clients.

Roxanne D.
Roxanne has been a HostDime team member since November 2007. She is a Communications Analyst and Web Developer with three years of experience in the Web Design and Development field. Roxanne is a graduate from Winter Park Tech with a Certificate in Web Design and Development. Her achievments and goals in life help her become a better person and strong employee everyday.
