The Support Technician position is our entry-level technical support position. In this position, you will be working with fellow technicians resolving technical support issues with technology ranging from various Linux Distributions to Windows Server, from Apache to Nginx, and from PHP to MySQL, encompassing all technology required to run a web business. An ideal candidate for this position should have an open mind and a hungry appetite to learn more about the world of Web Hosting and the exciting field of Information Technology.

HostDime’s Support Center is located near the campus of the University of Central Florida. HostDime provides dedicated servers, co-location, and web hosting solutions for a domestic and international market.

All open positions are Orlando-based and will be required to work in our office. There are no telecommuting opportunities at this time.
