Account Transfer Prerequisites:
- Valid cPanel license
- Server running latest current release of cPanel and WHM
- Root access to the server you are transferring account from (remote server)
- MySQL version on the remote server should be at least 4.1
- Perl version on the remote server should be 5.8.7 or 5.8.8
Please note that since these transfers rely on a remote server, we only have limited control over them. We will give our best effort on the transfer, but additional delays may incur that are out of our control.
