Job Responsibilities
- Paying monthly bills on behalf of the company.
- Handling multiple Invoice entries and reconciling bank accounts in QuickBooks.
- Organizing online bank statements.
- Managing vendor accounts and entering check payments to vendors.
- Entering departmental payroll check transactions.
- Entering healthcare checks and invoices.
- Checking for accuracy in reports, figures, and postings.
Requirements
- Highschool diploma with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or business with an emphasis in accounting preferred.
- 2-3 years of proven accounting/bookkeeping experience.
- Advanced knowledge with QuickBooks software.
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices, laws, standards, and state/national regulations.
- Ability to analyze financial records and transfer information.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- High degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
