Escalate issues to appropriate departments if needed
Responsive and adaptive communication with clients and staff
Server and incident management
Add resources to internal company knowledge bases
Consistently arrive on-time and ready to work
Available to work overnight shifts
Basic computer and Internet skills
Understanding of general IT technology skill set
Troubleshooting experience with web applications
Excellent phone/client communication skills
Analytical troubleshooting skills in a support environment
Knowledge of IP protocol suite
LAMP, HTML/PHP, IIS
Linux command line familiarity, configuration, file handling experience
System administration, web infrastructure, and support experience
DNS setup and troubleshooting experience
cPanel / Plesk
