If you have custom nameservers registered for a domain registered by HostDime, this will show you how to update the IP addresses on those custom nameservers in the event of an IP change or server move.
Step 1: Login to your CORE profile at https://core.hostdime.com/
Step 2: Put your mouse over "Hosting Solutions" and then click on "Domain Registrations" in the drop down.
Step 3: Click on the "Details" arrow to the left of the domain name the custom nameservers are registered with.
Step 4: Once you are in the management section for that domain, click on "Register Custom DNS".
Step 5: Once you are in the "Custom Nameserver Tools" section, scroll down until you see "Update Name Server". You will see the options to update the IP addresses there. Simply fill in the name server portion (Example: ns1) in the first field. Then enter the current IP address of the custom nameserver in the second field followed by the new IP address you want the nameserver to point to in the third field. Finally, click "Update" to save the changes. You will need to do this for each custom nameserver that needs updating. Please be aware that updating DNS at the registrar level can take 24 to 48 hours to fully propagate around the world.
NOTE: This picture uses "NS1" soley as an example.
