HostDime announced today it has launched HostDime United Kingdom, a new wholly owned subsidiary offering Shard hosting, Reseller hosting, Virtual Private Servers (VPS), and Dedicated Servers. Today’s launch is the company’s fifth international division.
The new United Kingdom division allows HostDime to better serve clients in the United Kingdom and Western Europe through country-specialized customer relations procedures and servers in geographically strategic locations.
Namely, by locating servers and network equipment in the Untied Kingdom, HostDime reduces average network latency, as compared to the United States, by more than 100ms – a huge improvement in speed for high-demand Web applications. The servers for HostDime UK will be colocated in the Blue Square Data Centre in Berkshire, England.
As with all previous international expansions, HostDime will offer customer relations services specialized for the local country. Payments will be accepted in British Pounds and customer service will be offered in English. Telephone support will also be available within the +44 county code.
