Thank you for your continued patience and cooperation during the on-going situation. All of HostDime's global data centers have continued to remain operational as usual. As we are considered a critical infrastructure industry, as defined by the US Department of Homeland Security, this means that our data center operators remain available and ready to help. As we work toward returning to more normal operations we are happy to announce that our Orlando data center will be reopening to Colocation access on an appointment-only basis. Starting June 1st at 10:00 am EDT Colocation clients will be able to schedule access appointments with the following restrictions and requirements in place:

Our Colocation lounge and conference rooms will remain closed until further notice, however, use of the Colocation lounge may be requested for reasonable technical needs which will be approved on a case-by-case basis. We have also removed the normal use of crash carts to minimize common contact surfaces. If you expect to need a cart please let us know in your access request. Our critical Data Center staff will continue to serve all clients through our ticketing portal including requests for remote hands, remote reboot requests, and scheduling access for Colocation clients. Site warehouse facilities will remain closed for customer access, however, we can stage inbound shipments or equipment pickup during your scheduled access. To schedule access please open a ticket with the following information and our data center operations team will assist you in reserving an available time.

We applaud our on-site staff and all other IT workers who are playing an essential role in helping businesses stay online during this situation. Our sales team remains available during normal working business hours ready to help with any of our products and services as usual. Cleaning is being doubled up and we are providing an environment that our staff can be confident is safe for them to work in. We will continue to provide notifications for facility specific access closure or status changes as we progress toward returning to normal operations. We ask that clients try to limit their access and remote hands requests to required or severe issues as much as possible to allow staff to focus on servicing these requests as quickly as possible. HostDime is a privately owned and operated global data center provider incorporated in 2003. In 2003, HostDime opened its first data center in Orlando, Florida after growing from one server to over 200. The passion and vision for excellence prompted the founding HostDime engineers to design a facility which provides the highest levels of uptime and service to clients.
