Manny Vivar is the Founder of HostDime and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Global Operations. Since 2003, he has been instrumental in the company's success both nationally and internationally. Manny grew HostDime from a $100 investment to one of the most reputable global data center companies in the world. His passion for cutting-edge cloud technology, and determination to create a global company, has made HostDime what it is today.
Along the way, he has created one of the most unique teams in this industry. Manny is an aviation enthusiast having earned his FAA Commercial Pilot’s license while pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Science at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 1999-2003. He currently serves on the Orlando, Inc. (Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce) Board of Directors.
His extensive technical and leadership skills pave the way for the company's ambitions to reach $100 million in revenue, and be the most customer-centric data center infrastructure company in the world. In his free time, Manny enjoys playing basketball and soccer and spending time with his wife and three kids.
David Vivar is the Vice President of Engineering at HostDime. He oversees the engineering design of HostDime’s data center facilities and ongoing management. David works closely with the company's global operations members to develop infrastructure systems ranging from mechanical to electrical to security. His goal is to provide clients with high-performing and ultra-reliable infrastructure platforms worldwide.
David graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2003 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering. He was HostDime’s second employee and has continuously worked in direct development of adopting and creating systems with pursuit of reaching higher levels of efficiency, reliability, and manageability.
Miguel Torres is the Vice President of Data Center Operations at HostDime and is responsible for the management and maintenance of HostDime USA data center services. His passion for aviation and technology led him to attain a Bachelor’s Degree in Avionics Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2003.
One of Miguel’s priorities through his years of service has been to remain in the forefront of ever-evolving technologies and solutions that can be implemented into HostDime's data center infrastructure. He has been an integral part in the expansions of HostDime data centers worldwide, primarily focusing on the electrical and mechanical systems, while also managing vendors and physical components. Miguel continually strives to find creative ways to keep HostDime data centers operating on the most cutting edge technology, while also maintaining industry-leading uptime and reliability.
Ray Fernandez is the Vice President of Network & Security at HostDime, where he oversees the internal information security processes, as well as administers and engineers the networks that power HostDime's major POPs. He began his career working as an Abuse & Security Analyst while obtaining his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida in 2007. Ray believes that there is no problem that time and careful thought cannot solve.
Usman Arshad is the Vice President of Finance at HostDime. He is responsible for managing HostDime’s global finances along with their accounting, financial planning, and corporate alliances. Usman also focuses on investment opportunities for the company. Prior to joining HostDime in 2005, Usman worked at conglomerate Siemens AG, where he focused on project warranty analysis for their power generation division. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from the University of Central Florida.
Filipe Mendes has been the Director of HostDime Brazil since 2006. His fascination with computers since his early years led him to focus his knowledge towards computer science and business law. Filipe helped establish HostDime Brazil where he directs day-to-day operations. His dedication has helped HostDime expand its proprietary data centers worldwide. Filipe has been a key player in helping the company achieve its first Tier 3 data center in northern Brazil. His mission is to make HostDime the leading choice for data center services in the country.
Edwin Tello has been the Director of HostDime Colombia since 2008. He holds a degree in Information Technology from the University of Ibague and is currently working toward a post-baccalaureate degree in Business Administration. Since his graduation in 2001, he has been heavily involved in the internet world, which led him to cross paths with HostDime as a client. Edwin manages the daily operations of HostDime Colombia and has been instrumental in achieving the company’s objectives for international expansion and growth. He believes that a company’s success comes from having a strong and dedicated team, which can be achieved by advancing education and enhancing training.
Praveen M. Nair has been the Director of HostDime India since 2010. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology. He also has a management degree in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode. Praveen has over 15 years of experience in the data center industry. Prior to joining HostDime, Praveen was the head of technical teams of some renowned data centers in the US and the UK. As Director, he oversees the day-to-day operations including team development, facility management, and nurturing innovation. He works closely with the team to guide them in research and development projects where his focus is having a customer-centric approach, while improving the branding and marketing of HostDime India.
Sergio Sierra is the Director of Client Relations for HostDime Latin America. He holds a degree in Computer Information Technology from Valencia College. He is responsible for maintaining close communications with HostDime Latin America clients and ensuring the continued use of the company's products and services, while finding solutions to achieve client satisfaction. Sergio is also involved in the advancement and expansion of HostDime Latin America’s operations into new geographies.
Joel Ramirez started with HostDime in 2009 and worked his way up to Director of HostDime Mexico in May 2016. He holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad de Guadalajara and a Master Sciences degree in Computer sciences from CINVESTAV. Joel manages the daily operations of HostDime Mexico and HostDime's first Mexico data center. His mission is to make HostDime the best service provider in Mexico thanks to our strength in customer service.
Neil Baharie is the Director of HostDime United Kingdom. He holds certifications in Electrical, Electronic, Aeronautical, & Aerospace Engineering. Prior to joining HostDime, Neil worked in the ATC, Aviation, & IT Consulting industries. Since 2008, Neil has been overseeing the day-to-day operations that include facility and hardware management, as well local data center administration. He works alongside the global management team to expand the European division of HostDime.
Dennis Henry is the Vice President of Operations and Director of Development Operations at HostDime, where he oversees the day-to-day operations management of the company, including team development and facility management. He also works closely with the Development Operations team to guide the development projects within the global HostDime Ecosystem, maintaining the internally developed software the company uses to assist clients and automate processes. Dennis graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2008 with a Bachelor's in Information Technology. Since his graduation, he has been heavily involved in the Experiential Learning program at UCF, attending internship and career fairs to source further talent for the company. Dennis strongly believes in the link between the education he received from the faculty and staff at UCF and the success he has found in the professional world. He is looking forward to continuing his education at UCF in the coming years by pursuing a Masters Degree in Business Administration.
Yesenia Barrios is the Vice President of Human Resources at HostDime where she works closely with members of management to provide overall strategic human resources leadership. She oversees areas pertaining to the workforce which include development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and services; including benefits, compensation, compliance, and monitoring of legal issues. Yesenia also assists with coaching on employee related matters, employee communications, and training and development. She holds a degree in Computer Information Systems from Wood Tobe Coburn School. Her previous career experiences were with Lehman Brothers, Ticketmaster, and Zenith Media Services, which led her to attain an abundant amount of knowledge on how traditional corporate companies operate. Yesenia’s long term goal is to bring HostDime at a level where it is recognized as “one of most desired companies to work for in Orlando.”
Alex Font is the Director of Client Relations & Employee Development. His main focus has been to assist both partners and employees alike, to ensure that we, as a company, reinforce our values so that any interaction that takes place with HostDime results in a positive experience for everyone. Alex started working for HostDime in the spring of 2005, after graduating from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, in the Support/Sales department and transitioned into his current role in 2009. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family and friends and has a great passion for anything sports or barbecue related.
Nathalie Gaines is the Director of Client Accounting. She is responsible for managing HostDime's Account Receivables, client invoicing, and income reporting. As a member of HostDime since 2003 and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from the University of Central Florida.
Vikki Fraser is the Director of Marketing for HostDime.com. Her responsibilities include management of the marketing team, Analytics, SEO, Branding, Media Relations, Advertising and Social Media for HostDime and its affiliated companies. Vikki has worked in internet marketing and technology since 1998. Previously she was owner and operator an Internet Marketing company and Director of Marketing for multiple UCF Technology Incubator firms. Vikki has been web hosting reseller since 2004 and this experience as a customer has given her insight into customer needs, effective marketing strategies and solutions that work. Vikki holds a degree in Business from Cleary University.
Aric Pedersen is the Support Manager at HostDime, where he ensures that clients receive the very best technical support and customer service possible. He started working for HostDime in 2003 doing Support, Sales and monitoring HostDime's customer forums. Aric has also written technical books and has been an English teacher
Gregory Bupp is the Training and Development Manager at HostDime. He actively plans, administers and coordinates all training activities for HD corporate and its subsidiaries. He began his career with HostDime in 2009 as an overnight Level 1 in the Support department. Gregory participates in various employee development initiatives in and outside of a classroom setting with the goal of increasing employee happiness and effectiveness in all areas of service.
Joe Blondin is the Abuse Response Team Manager at HostDime. He works with and manages the team responsible for ensuring the security of the servers in HostDime's Data Center. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with a minor in Secure Computing and Networking from the University of Central Florida.
Michael Wight is the Client Relations Manager at HostDime. His primary responsibilities include working with clients and other departments to provide insurmountable services and support to our clients. He began working at HostDime in 2010 while attending UCF as an undergrad, and in 2013 he graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Information Technology. Throughout his career with HostDime, Michael has specialized in developing client relationships into long-lasting partnerships.
Rachael is currently the Corporate Controller for HostDime. She has been with the company for 7+ years and helped tremendously with the development of the financial department. She works closely with the owner, management and global finance heads. Rachael graduated from the University of Central Florida with a business degree in Management. The Corporate Controller is responsible for overseeing corporate financial and accounting operations of the company; including the productions of periodic financial reports. To maintain an adequate system of accounting records, establish financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems to enhance the accuracy of the company’s reported financials. To ensure that reported results comply within the company’s financial budgets.
Marcos Font is the Senior Data Center Infrastructure Sales team member and also assists with Product Management.. His main focus is to assist clients with identifying their needs and finding a platform that will service their applications in the cloud and which will fit within their budgetary needs. Marcos started working for HostDime, in the spring of 2006, as an auditing intern for the Accounting department. After the internship ended, Marcos was hired on as a part time employee in the Sales/Support team after which he helped create a dedicated Sales team and took a lead role on the Dedicated Servers Sales team. Marcos graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. In his spare time, Marcos enjoys working out, spending time with friends and family, and exploring everything that Orlando has to offer.
Joe Still is the Manager of Systems Operations at HostDime. He oversees the teams responsible for production platform research, development, and ongoing maintenance of all our server products. He began as a Level 1 in Support, worked his way up managing the System Admin and Integrations teams at the datacenter. Joe believes that his team will change the world!
Patrick Wittman is the Data Center Operations Manager for HostDime USA. He is responsible for the management and development of Data Center Operations staff as well as developing and setting standards for operational efficiency. His passion for technology, economics, and leadership led him to attain an Associate in Arts Information Technology from Edison State College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Economics minor from the University of Central Florida. Upon graduation Patrick set out to accomplish a life-long goal to successfully thru-hike the Appalachian Trail. In 2013 he became one of the approximately 1,250 people to have ever completed the 2,198 mile trek southbound from Mt. Katahdin in Maine to Springer Mountain in Georgia. Patrick’s experience in this challenging endeavor solidified his belief that with determination and perseverance one can overcome any obstacle.
Bill McLaughlin is the Assistant Support Manager at HostDime, where he is responsible for assisting the manager in the coordination and organization of the technical support team. He also directs the daily workflow of staff, determines necessary technology advances and educates employees on the software, systems and information used in the team's day-to-day operations. Bill has been in and around technology for over 30 years and is very passionate about the industry. He also loves passing on his knowledge by teaching others new and interesting things. Bill firmly believes in delivering the best client experience possible and will stop at nothing to achieve this goal.
Dennis Frye is a Senior Technical Support Supervisor. He started with HostDime in 2012 and attended Valencia CC and the University of South Florida (USF) but is a huge Florida State (FSU) fan. He made his first web page back in 1996 on AOL with the 4 MB of space provided! He constantly is working on tools or training material to help make other techs more efficient and their jobs easier. For fun he goes to Disney World on the weekends.
Austin Schiff is part of the Support Supervisor team. He works in conjunction with our support technicians troubleshooting and investigating issues that come up and maintaining the web servers that make our hosting platforms possible. He began his career in 2014 as a Support Technician while pursuing his Bachelor's Degree in Web Development. Since obtaining his degree he has worked to expand his understanding of web server environments and is excited to be working in such a dynamic field.
Vanessa Stanton is a member of the Support Supervisor team overseeing the day to day functions of the Support department. Vanessa specializes in providing excellent personalized customer service to every client, and ensuring every issue is resolved. She started at HostDime in 2014 as a Level 1 technician, while completing her associates in Network Systems Administration in 2015.
Steven Hill is a member of the Support Supervisor Team. As a Supervisor, Steven oversees the functions of the Overnight Support Team and works to ensure our Client's receive the best Support at any time of the day! Steven started with HostDime in 2014, as a Level 1 Support Technician, after obtaining an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Valencia College. In his spare time, you can find him working toward various Technical Certifications and continuing his education.
Sulema Flores is the Client Accounting Supervisor at HostDime. Her career started at HostDime in 2004 as an Accounting Representative. Throughout the years she worked my way up to becoming a supervisor. Her job duties include assisting clients on a daily basis and being a mentor for the accounting staff. Always keeping in mind Manny's phrase " It's all about working smart not hard". That's what motives her every day to have a successful day at HostDime.com.
Alyssa Everhart is the Supervisor of Data Center Infrastructure Sales Team, overseeing the day to day functions of the Sales Team. She began her career in 2009 as support/sales flex, while pursuing her degree in Information Technology from the University of Central Florida. Since graduating, she has focused on dedicated servers and colocation services and working with clients to find a solution that fits their needs.
Rogelio Barrios is a Server Deployment Supervisor. Rogelio has been with HostDime since 2005 and has contributed in many areas within the company’s data center work environment. His current job requires a high level of accountability to ensure all servers being built and deployed are 100% accurate according to client orders. Rogelio’s years of experience with the company make him highly knowledgeable in hardware/software compatibility.
Joe Carson is the System Administrator Supervisor at HostDime. His responsibilities include System Development tasks as well as training new System Administrators. He started his career at HostDime as a System Technician I and in 2010. He has a degree in Computer Science and has been passionate about computers his entire life.
Thomas Beaver is the Abuse Response Team Supervisor at HostDime. He started his career at HostDime in 2013 as an Abuse & Security Analyst after obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida. While at UCF Thomas participated in the Collegiate Cyber Defense Club and completed a minor in Secure Computing and Networking.
Jose Vasquez started working as a System Technician at the HostDime Orlando NOC in the year 2012 while attending Seminole State College in Lake Mary, FL. Hard work and responsibility helped advance his career within HostDime. He would like to thank HostDime for the opportunities they have given him to progress and become a System Technicians Supervisor and team leader at the company.
