Orlando Data Center (Q1 2026)

HostDime’s upcoming Orlando data center complex will serve as the only Tier IV data center in Central Florida.

New facility ground breaking

HostDime’s new Orlando data center complex will serve as the only enterprise Tier 4 data center in Central Florida.

HostDime’s current flagship data center, located in Orlando, Florida, is nearing capacity. We have outgrown our current data center and are building a new facility that will combine the current data center with our corporate headquarters in downtown Orlando. Our vision with this new facility is to be the first purpose-built data center in Central Florida, to meet the local demand of large colocation, to serve as Orlando's primary interconnection and edge facility, and to become the flagship USA facility for our global client base.

This 100,000 square-foot data center structure is fully owned, operated, designed, and developed by HostDime, and will be completed in Q1 2026. The facility will reside at 1 Innovative Pl, Maitland, FL 32751.

The data center facility is being engineered to meet and to attain the following certifications: HIPAA, PCI, SOC 2, ISO 27001/9001/27017, NIST, Tier IV, FedRAMP and FISMA.

State-of-the-Art Data Center

The modern, seven-story facility, which will hold all of HostDime's U.S.-based employees and three floors of data center space, was designed by Baker Barrios. Innovative construction firm Robins & Morton will construct the building, IDG is the landscape architect, GAI Consultants Inc. is the civil engineer, and McNamara • Salvia are the structural engineers on the project.

The new category 5 hurricane-rated facility will feature space for over 1,000 racks. Additionally, there will be at least a dozen network/fiber providers connecting in 3 full-sized redundant meet me rooms, full Tier IV level mechanical / electrical redundancy, and enough fiber density to power the growing need of the modern day cloud.

It is designed to host national and global tech conferences for up to 300 people.
